- The email marketing piece will only be mailed once, regardless of how many times the address appears in the Sending List.
Event-Based campaigns – this is an email sent when a specific trigger occurs in iPoint. For example, an email is based on the customer’s purchase of a particular product. Or emails sent when a particular Lead Status is set.
- iPoint will send duplicate emails if the trigger occurs on different days. (example: A customer service survey sent once a work order is complete – the customer would have the option to fill out the survey for each work order.)
- If the customer is added to a list multiple times in a single day, iPoint will send only one email. Duplicates will be repressed. (example: A thank you email is sent when a customer pays – the customer pays two invoices today, so they will only get one email.)
