iPoint allows you to notify your customers when you schedule a work order for them. The customer can then confirm, cancel, or reschedule the work order. The customer email will provide a picture and biography of the technician(s) being dispatched. This tab is where you set up that information for each of your technicians.
- Right Click in the Staff Member Photo field and choose “Insert Picture”. This will open a browser where you can search your computer for the staff member’s picture.
- The Staff Member Bio is a freeform text box where you can enter information about the technicians and their skills or specialties. Standard text formatting is available using FileMaker’s Format menu.
- The “Add” button under the Staff Member Bio opens a popover where the User’s signature can be added. This isn’t used on Work Order Notices but is used in other areas.
