Pop Up List: Activity Types

Activity Types are used to track sales quota in the sales process. Each user can have goals set for various sales activities, which are tracked on the iPoint dashboard and set independently for each user in Settings > Users > Goals.

Navigate to Settings > Pop Up Lists and pick Activity Types from the dropdown menu.

• Item Name: Provide the name of the activity you want to track.
• Sort Order: Place a number in the column to organize the items in a specific order when viewed in the Activity Type select pop-over window.
• Show on Calendar: A tick in this checkbox will cause this type of activity to appear on the iPoint calendar.
• Delete Item: This button will delete the specific Activity Type.
