Mobile: RMA Tickets

The RMA Tickets list shows all Return Materials Authorizations for the customer.

At the top of the window are three icons:

• Back Arrow takes you back to the customer details screen.
• Magnifying Glass lets you search the list of RMAs using an alpha-numeric search phrase.
• Plus Icon opens a new, blank RMA for this customer.
  

The RMA list shows:

• RMA Customer Name and Number
• The Product being returned
• The Status of the RMA
  

Tap on any RMA to read the details

Note: The RMA module has not been optimized for mobile view. So you might find it easier to use a computer to work with a Return Materials Authorization.
