Time Clock Types are used in the Time Clock module to label various time entries. You might use things like Vacation, Sick Leave, Working, and PTO.
Set Up
- Place your cursor in the first empty Item Name field to enter a new time clock type. Or, click in an existing field to edit it.
- Place a number in the Sort Order field to organize the list in a particular order. Entries are sorted first by sort order. If two entries have the same number, they are then sorted alphabetically.
- The blue Delete Item button will delete the associated row.
Use
- In the Time Clock module, click on an individual’s name to see their clock in and clock out entries. To the right of the GPS information is a dropdown where you can specify what type of each time clock entry.
