- The number used for this calculation comes from the Sales Order List view showing “Time Used of Sold.”
- This trigger will only fire once per sales order. So, if the work performed on Monday causes the labor used to exceed the designated criteria, the notification will be sent. But additional work completed on Tuesday will not cause the notification to be sent a second time.
- If you want a notification when a job exceeds 70% labor AND 85% labor, you’ll need to create multiple notifications.
