In general, create one customer record for each customer. This record is the primary address, and any work done at that primary address will be entered here (proposals, sales orders, work orders, etc.)
If the customer has a second home or location, say a vacation home or a mother-in-law’s house, create a separate Job which becomes the keeper of all work done at the second address.
In the case of a builder, the corporate office is the primary address, and each lot or construction site will be a separate job.
