A service contract is basically a service job tied to a recurring invoice sent to your customer. We have created this video to explain how to:
- Setup up a Service Contract Project
- Creating Recurring Invoices (Accounting > Recurring Invoices)
- Track the time and materials used during the contract period
- Send customers invoices reflecting the parts and time used in the execution of their contract
Note: A Service Contract module is on our development roadmap. So, for now, you can use a Project to handle RMR tasks.
