Support of the iPoint software is included in the monthly maintenance fees. But sometimes you need some additional assistance outside of the scope of our standard Terms of Service.

Onsite Training
Onsite training is a three-day intensive training designed to immerse your entire staff in the use of iPoint. This customized training is offered by our staff in your office and with your data. We spend time getting to know your company’s business process and then ensure that iPoint is configured to match. Then each department has its own personalized training to coach them on how to do their job in iPoint.

Price: $6,000 for three days. All travel logistics included (in the lower 48 states). Additional days available at $1,500 per day.
Consulting Services
With our extensive experience helping businesses improve their process, our team is available to provide business consulting outside of the scope of setting up and using iPoint.
