In the Subscriptions section, you can see account information for subscriptions the customer may have to services such as Netflix, Comcast, etc., which you might need to access when installing equipment. Subscription information captured in this section is available to technicians on their work orders. Also, when a technician enters subscription information on a work order, it is stored in this section.

View the Subscriptions List

For each subscription in the list, you can see:

  • Type of service
  • Company name
  • Account number
  • User name
  • Password
  • Notes

Edit a Subscription

To edit a subscription, just click in the field you wish to edit and type in the updated information.

Add a New Subscription

To add a subscription:

  1. Click in the next available Service field and type in the type of the subscription service, for example, Cable, Entertainment
  2. Company: Type in the name of the service provider, for example, Netflix, Comcast, Hulu
  3. Account Number: Enter the customer’s account number for the service
  4. User Name: Type in the customer username
  5. Password: Type in the customer password
  6. Notes: Enter any relevant notes about this subscription
