Customer details are available in two places on the mobile work order.
Tap the Customer field in the Work Order Details section of the work order. This provides all the details about the customer, including:
- Contact methods
- Sales information
- Alert Text
Details about this window are available in the Work Order Details portion of the manual.
The Quick Links bar at the bottom of the work order has a contact silhouette button to open primary contact details.
- Phone – tap the phone button to dial the customer’s displayed primary phone
- Mobile – tap the mobile button to dial the customer’s displayed mobile phone
- Email – tap the email button to open a pre-addressed email in your mobile device’s default email application
- View Map – tap the map button to open a new window with the customer’s address preloaded in Google or Apple maps
Phone calls only work on devices with a cell SIM card.
The first time you open a map on your device, you will be prompted to set your default map preferences. These preferences can be changed by a system administrator in Settings > Users > General.
