Hands down, one of the coolest features of the iPoint Library has to do with the control you have over pricing updates.

When would you like your pricing changes to take effect?
You decide! We default to the effective date; however you have other options: sending updates as soon as pricing is available or a specific number of days prior to the effective date. This will allow the person reviewing the updates time to review and approve them.
Price Change Approvals
When updates happen (based on your decision above), when you enter the Items module, you’ll see a pop up showing you what updates are available within a list of items, the old and new prices. You can review each one and approve that way, approve by Brand, or all at once. You can also Decline those price changes – if you don’t want them to take effect yet.This feature ensures that all pricing changes are approved prior to taking effect in the system.
Need to revert a pricing update?
You can! Simply review the Approval Log and opt to Revert a single change or all changes within a specific date range.
