In the Subscriptions section, you can see account information for customers’ subscriptions to services such as Netflix, Comcast, etc. For example, you might need to access when installing equipment. Subscriptions entered here are also visible on customer work orders so that technicians can be fully prepared to provide excellent customer service. As new subscription information is added to the customer’s work order, it will also appear here.
At the top of the screen are two navigation icons:
- < – the back arrow takes you back to the customer’s master record
- The Plus icon allows you to add a subscription to the list
Click on a subscription from the list to display, enter, or edit the details.

Subscription Details
- Service name
- Company name
- Customer’s Account #
- Customer’s User Name
- Customer’s Password
- Any Notes captured for this particular subscription
- The IP Address of the device or service
- Who and When the information was created or edited
The gear icon at the top right corner of the details screen is where you can delete the subscription details, provided you have appropriate credentials.
