iPoint Mobile

One way to access iPoint using your mobile phone is by downloading FileMaker Go from the Apple App Store. Once configured, you can access iPoint just as you would from a computer. You will have the same permissions and same access that you normally would.

While most of iPoint will look the same as when you are on a computer, several modules have a mobile layout. So, while the function is the same, the look is different from the computer.

The modules with a mobile layout are the areas most commonly used by technicians in the field. To learn more about a specific mobile layout, choose from the following list:

• Dashboard – gain access to the various modules in iPoint
• CRM – access to your customers and contacts and all their information
• Work Orders – access to work orders where you can clock in, complete tasks, deliver parts, and a whole lot more
