Learning iPoint
Now it is time to get your team members learning how to use iPoint. Just like you’ve been watching videos to learn how to set up iPoint, we use videos to train your team.
Have each of your employees go to the Learning iPoint page of this manual for instructions on how to access University and enroll in the classes that pertain to their role in your organization. Once they have watched their videos, your employees should be armed with the knowledge they need to start using iPoint!
Track Users’ Progress
The Wizard for Let’s Go is your way of confirming that your staff is completing the videos they should be watching.
Click on any Role to reveal the videos that should be watched. You should probably watch these videos, too, since you are the iPoint expert for your company. You’ll do that by clicking on the Watch Now button.
Once the video has been watched by any member of your staff, the Watch Now button will change to Watched: Date. But let’s be real, we don’t just want to see if the video has been watched once. We want to see who has watched each video!
When you click the University Admin Portal button, you open a window where you can check on the progress of each of your employees.
University Admin Portal- Choose a User from the left panel
- The second column shows the User Courses they have enrolled in, as well as the percentage of completion. If they’ve completed the course, they are awarded an iP Seal

- The third column shows you the specific User Classes included in that course as well as the user’s percentage of completion.
- The fourth column shows the individual Videos in each class with a checkmark for the classes they’ve completed.
Note: You can also access this University Admin Portal by logging into University directly. If you are an admin, there is an Admin Portal button available for you to open this window there, too.
Done
When all the videos for all the roles have been completed, you’ll be ready to move on to the next Wizard step by clicking the Keep the Party Going! button.
