Wondering what’s next? We want you to know what steps we’ll be taking to get you started, acclimated and using iPoint.

  • We will call you to see if you need help with installation and logging in
  • Give you a brief orientation of the dashboard, wizard and how to get started
  • Ask you questions!
    How soon do you want to go live?
  • Review your highest priority modules/needs
    Get a game plan together to help you achieve your goals
    If you have a hard date to work with, we can tell you what you need to do in order to meet your timeline
    If you’re not set on a date, we can be as flexible as you need
  • Schedule a Call to go through the iPoint Process/Workflow
    We want to show you an overview of how the system functions
    Determine if we need to modify how you use iPoint to accommodate your business needs
  • You decide what’s next . . . well, sort of!
    Would you like to learn how to create a proposal or would you prefer to focus on settings?
    Important areas we will cover include: Setting Up Users, Proposal Templates, Importing Data, Proposals, Billing, Purchasing, Scheduling, Service, Closing Out, and much more!

We’ll do our very best to accommodate your schedule to have calls and meetings with you and your team to get you in and using iPoint. We will continue to be with you on this journey, following up with you as often as you want to ensure you understand and are confident in using iPoint to further your business.

*Please Note: We do keep scheduled calls to about an hour at a time. Why? Because in our experience, anything much longer than that can be overwhelming! We want to see you succeed.
