The Web Portal is where your customers will interact with various iPoint elements. Currently, your customers can perform the following actions here:

  • Web Invoices – with the appropriate link, your customer can pay online and payment will automatically appear in iPoint.
  • Enter Stored Payment Methods – this is where customers can enter the payment methods they use when paying your invoices.
  • E-Signatures – where customers can approve and electronically sign proposals and change orders.
