Service Contracts

A service contract is basically a service job tied to a recurring invoice sent to your customer. We have created this video to explain how to:

• Setup up a Service Contract Project
• Creating Recurring Invoices (Accounting > Recurring Invoices)
• Track the time and materials used during the contract period
• Send customers invoices reflecting the parts and time used in the execution of their contract
  

Note: A Service Contract module is on our development roadmap. So, for now, you can use a Project to handle RMR tasks.
