The Commission Reports are run to help you track and pay commissions to your employees.

Available Reports:

  • Combined Report – shows all the commissions due to sales staff based on invoiced from sales orders, projects, work orders, and invoices.
  • Commission Payments – displays the commission payments made to staff. This is also where commission payments can be marked as paid.

In order for the commissions reports to function, there are two sets of settings that must be made.

  1. Settings > Module Settings > Commissions
  2. Settings > Users > Commissions

Legacy Commission Reports

In version 9.0416, we upgraded commissions to allow more customization and flexibility in tracking and reporting commissions. As a result, all of the commission reports changed. If your company is still using the old Legacy commission calculations, you can view those reports by activating the Legacy commissions in Settings > Module Settings > Commissions > Show Legacy Commission Reports. When that option is selected, you can view the following reports.
