This page represents the features and updates made to iPoint since our last release. While this list isn’t comprehensive, it does list the majority of the changes and upgrades we’ve made to iPoint.
These features are all current as of Version 10.1104.

Many of the features have been written about in our manual. The “Read More” link takes you to the manual page for all the documented details.

We are making available the βeta version of our new inventory rebuild called the Stock Options window. With this option enabled, every place you interact with inventory will have a new pop-up window. This window is the same no matter where you use inventory.

!BETA FEATURE: Keep in mind that Stock Options is a beta feature. As a result, it may have bugs, unfinished pieces, or other undocumented features. Would you please let our team know about things that don’t work as expected?

Accounting

Invoices

You can now select multiple lines and delete them on an invoice or estimate.

Calendar

Added a Clear button to the Resource Filters to quickly de-select all technicians from the list of displayed users on the calendar.

CRM

You can now import an Excel list of your customers or contacts without sending the list to Support!

The Wild Card Search on the CRM list now includes all the Contact Methods when you search.

Proposals

Changing the date on a proposal printout now prompts you to update the date on the contract, too.

Purchase Orders

The Master Item button on a purchase order line includes the Print Labels checkbox. So, now you can cause Product Customer Tracking Labels to print when the item is received.

Individual line items on Purchase Orders can now have unique Tracking Numbers assigned.

Sales Orders

We added a new button on the Sales Order Product tab to quickly display the list of products that have not yet been delivered

We adjusted the email signature used on the Credit Card Processing email notifications

Beta

We’ve introduced a new feature that makes the Purchase Order number match the Sales Order number where it originated.

Work Orders

The Work Order List now displays the estimated time to complete each work order. Use a sort filter to display the estimated time to complete several work orders sorted by technician, customer, or other options.
