Assignments

Assignment Status is now a customizable pop-up list.

Calendar

The Resource view of the calendar can now display two or three weeks at a time.

CRM

Notes that are marked Internal are now flagged as such.

You can now copy the Job Site address into the Bill To address field with one simple click.

Items

QuickBooks sometimes has difficulty syncing a large number of items at one time and will error out. If this is your situation, we’ve created a magic button to help you define which records to sync.

When viewing the QuickBooks comparison details on an item, you can now link directly to the item in QuickBooks.

Projects

A user can now adjust the Qty Added field on the Add Parts tab of the Project.

Proposals

There is a new bulk edit option in the Proposal Designer that lets you revert items that have been modified back to the details and accessories from the Item Master.

When an item is added to a proposal, it can be flagged as a special price for purchasing. Use this if you have special builder pricing for a project.

Purchase Orders

DHL has been added as a trackable carrier to the Purchase Order Carrier field.

Sales Orders

Added the ability to pull Sales Order time into the corresponding Project. This is used if that step was ignored during the initial creation of the Project.

The Sales Analysis report can now be run to include linked sales orders and associated change orders.

Settings

Users

Added an option for individuals with color vision deficiency on the QuickBooks Sync indicator button color.

Permission Sets

The Proposal number is now locked and uneditable unless a user has the appropriate permissions.

There is a new permission setting that restricts the view of work orders. When activated, a user will only see a work order for the technicians, salesperson, or project manager.

Pop Up Lists

Assignment Status is now a customizable pop-up list.

Notification Builder

Proposal-related notifications can now be customized.

QuickBooks

Syncing the RFP payment item from QB used to take forever. Now we have a streamlined way to sync Discount items from QB.

Added a new option when syncing items from an invoice to keep the Sync to QB window open.

Custom Templates

A custom template can now be set to hide the quantities for each line item.

Module Settings

When items are added to a purchase order, but the PO is not submitted, the quantity-on-order will display red on the Purchase Request Manager and the Sales Order Product Manager with this new option.

We have removed the ability to over-deliver or over-allocate product on a sales order. Now you need to create a change order to increase the allocatable or deliverable quantity. For those of you who really like over-delivering/allocating, as we did in the old days, we added a setting where you can allow over-allocation/delivery.

There is a new setting that causes new items to default to non-taxable.

The auto clock-in feature of the Proposal now also tracks time on the Scope field and the Designer.

If you have been using RFP billing and decided to go back to Line Item/Summary invoicing you will find a quirk that causes all your RFP Sales Orders to lose the billing you did. There is now a setting that helps you switch back without introducing that pesky anomaly.

Integrations

Some Community Members have found that the built-in web viewer does not integrate with Google based on their network environment. We have created a new method of integrating the Point calendar with the Google calendar using the computer’s default web browser for those situations.

Added a list of common errors when processing Credit Card Payment transactions

Work Orders

When creating a new work order, the Start Time will now display the upcoming half-hour time when you click the Today link.

A user can now adjust the Qty Added field on the Add Parts tab of the Work Order.
