Deals are the building blocks of the sales pipeline process in iPoint. The sales Pipeline helps management and sales staff to understand the likelihood of future business. The Pipeline is comprised of Deals or potential jobs. Deals are ranked based on the probability of that job coming to fruition.

Here are the steps to set up and use pipeline Deals in iPoint.

  1. Initial Setup
    1. Activate Deals module: Settings > Module Settings > Beta
    2. Job Sales Status: Settings > Pop Up Lists > Customer Job Sales Status
  2. Creating and Editing Deals: CRM > Deals
  3. Complete a Deal: CRM > Deals > Completing a Deal
  4. Run Pipeline Reports: CRM > Deals > Deal Reports
