Our mission in support is to provide you with answers and training to make you an iPoint ninja. We use a written manual, online video based university and live support staff to assist you. University can be accessed from the support icon on the iPoint dashboard. If you need live support please email, call or submit a request form. Support hours are 8AM to 6PM Eastern Standard. Training Hours are 10 am to 7 pm Eastern Standard.
